At Pure Aura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Include all accessories, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
